Amazing Body :12 weeks of training

Before: 205 pounds
After: 140 pounds
Working in the kitchen of aid for the life of the community, Sherrie Campbell spent eight hours a day, five days a week surrounded by fries, pizza, pasta, and soda. Ten years after his work, 5'4 "former" skinny no curves "was a size 16.
