What is the right weight for height ?

"What is the right weight for my height?" This is one of the questions of the girls and the boys more common. It seems a simple question. But for teenagers, it is not always easy to answer.
It is normal for two people who are at the same height and age to have a very different weight. First, not everyone goes through puberty at the same time: Some children begin to develop at the age of 8 and others could not grow up to 14 years. Secondly, people have different body types. Some are more muscular or different from other forms.
You can specify a number on a scale such as numbers of "good", but it is not possible to know if you are on a healthy weight range for your height and age. This is why doctors use BMI.
People grow and develop differently
Not everyone grows and develops at the same time, but most people go through a period of rapid growth in adolescence. During puberty, the body begins to produce hormones that stimulate physical changes like faster muscle growth (especially in men) and advanced high. As the amount of muscle, fat and bone in the body changes during this time, some people may gain weight faster.
It may seem strange to adjust to a new body. But all this new weight gain can be perfectly fine - as long as body fat, muscles and bones are in the right proportion.
